Three Friends, One Goal: Cash and Trophies
Welcome to the Good Old Boys Fantasy Football Podcast website.
Derek, Kevin, and Alex co-host a weekly show, available wherever you listen to podcasts, with one goal in mind: winning cash and trophies.
The guys have been in the same Fantasy Football league since the late 00’s, and after kicking around the idea to start a podcast about the league, it was born in October of 2019.
Since then the guys have expanded their horizons to talk about the NFL as a whole — providing listeners with analysis and ideas to make their fantasy football seasons successful.

Our Team
Alex
With over 10 years in sports broadcasting, Alex brings knowledge from inside the press box to the podcast. Alex has covered college football for various news outlets and has gotten to know players before the NFL world learned their names, like north Dakota State quarterbacks Carson Wentz, and most recently Trey Lance. Alex has been playing fantasy football since his days in college in the late 00's. He's been the best of the worst in the Good Old Boys Fantasy Football League, several times, until winning his first championship in 2020. Alex is now involved in several different leagues in several different formats, always looking for the next unique way to win some cash and another trophy or two.
Derek
The brains and brawn behind the Good Old Boys Fantasy Football Podcast.
Derek is credited with spawning the idea of the podcast and is the lead producer of the show.
Derek is a die-hard football fan having been a part of the Good Old Boys Fantasy Football League since its inception.
He's been diversifying his fantasy football portfolio every year and now finds himself in a multitude of leagues every season.
Derek has several Fantasy Football titles to his name and is routinely one of the top scorers in his leagues.
Kevin
The Commissioner of the Good Old Boys Fantasy Football League, Kevin has been the driving force of the league.
A fantasy draft guru, Kevin believes seasons can be won or lost on draft day -- but isn't afraid to work the phones for a trade and pays close attention to finding the "next big thing" on the waiver wire.
Kevin immerses himself with the latest news and notes each week to make sure his powerhouse teams keep putting marks in the win column,
Kevin is no stranger to winning, especially in the Good Old Boys League.
As the years have gone on Kevin keeps expanding his fantasy portfolio and is now in more leagues than he cares to admit.
